We had our fridge line leak in our kitchen and the crew that came out was great! SERVPRO was there to answer all of our questions and made us feel better. We had good daily calls about our appointment times and they were able to answer our questions. Everyone was very accommodating and I would highly recommend them!

We had a dishwasher that leaked from the kitchen into the master bedroom. Evan arrived 2 hours after the phone call. He walked us through the steps that would need to be taken and explained in detail how the insurance might work out. I highly recommend Evan and his team. Each technician that came out to check the equipment was professional and efficient.

Our sink in the kitchen over flowed onto the carpet and floor. I know that SERVPRO is a good company so I started searching online. We found the Medina County people to be the most friendliest. They were here in an hour and got all the water off the floor. Great job you guys!!

I had just bought a new house and was living there for about 6 months when we noticed water spots starting to appear on the ceiling. We called SERVPRO to see what could be done and they immediately were available to help. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about working with the insurance and what was needed to correct the damages. The leak seemed to have been a long term leak causing mold to grow. We were very happy with the services and all the employees that help make our house a home again. I would definitely recommend this location.

Never had to use this service but was extremely pleased with the crew at SERVPRO. Very prompt, instructions given as to what was to be done was explained nicely, work was done timely and very clean and they kept daily check on the process of drying the ceiling. I would definitely recommend this crew and if ever I needed their service I would rely on this company and crew!
